John D. Morehouse

• Employment: route driver/supervisor for the family business, Morehouse Baking Co., for 33 years: Lawrence, Essex, MA. When the business was sold to Wonder Bread, he continued working until he retired in 1989.

• Military Service: in the Army in Korea with Company L of the 32nd Infantry Regiment, during the Korean War in the early 1950s.

• Military Award: Combat Infantry Badge and Korean Service Medal with two Bronze Service Stars, 1950s, Korea.

• Funeral: at Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, Feb 5, 2001, Haverhill, Essex, MA.

John married Lucy-Ann Martin, daughter of David A. Martin Sr. and Adda I. Garrett, in 1957.
