On August 15-17th we converged on Lake Lila in New York's Adirondack Mountains, just north of Long Lake, for an extended weekend of canoe camping as an entire family. Nate and Kari were up from Arizona and joined Sarah, Johanna, Joel, and Susan and I for a wonderful time together.

We all had a wonderful time at Nate and Kari's wedding at the Roddy Tree Ranch in Hunt, Texas, on September 10th. Gail and Dick came down from Vancouver Island and joined up with Scott and Carolyn from California, along with Kari's extended family and dozens of friends, to celebrate.
