• Military Service: as a colonel in the Dutchess County Militia, during the Revolutionary War.
Andrew married Phebe Hurd, daughter of Josiah Hurd and Phebe Buell, about 1746 in Saybrook, Middlesex, CT. (Phebe Hurd was born on Jan 29, 1728 in Killinsworth, Middlesex, CT and died on Feb 6, 1783 in South Dover, Dutchess, NY.)
